Titular organist at the cathedral Saint-Sauveur in Aix-en-Provence and organ professor at the conservatory, Chantal De ZEEUW is frequently invited in France and abroad to give recitals or to participate in the performance of works for organ and orchestra (Saint-Saens' 3rd Symphony, Poulenc's concerto, Fauré's Requiem, etc.).

Awarded the "Grand prix de l'Académie du disque français" in 1984 and 1985 for a CD dedicated to the works of LISZT and for a two-CD set with works by French composers from the Revolution to the Empire, Chantal de ZEEUW has more recently recorded the Sacred Service of Darius MILHAUD with Vocal Provence (the local section of the P.A.C.A. Regional Choir) and a CD dedicated to contemporary works.

Her teachers were successively Maurice GAY, Jean LANGLAIS, Jean COSTA, Daniel ROTH and Louis ROBILLIARD in the conservatories of Aix, Marseille, Lyon, and at the Schola Cantorum in Paris. She has also had the opportunity to participate in masterclasses with Marie-Claire ALAIN, Pierre COCHEREAU and Jean GUILLOU.
